This generates 10 Income. [Disband 20,000 Regulars | Decommission 5 Ships (2 Large, 3 Small) or 3 Large] -- Colonize: Allows the player to engage in Colonization. These steps must be taken by procedure and in order. Uncivilized Nations can use this action to Claim connected land, however. [Expedition (Costs 15 Income) - - Trade Venture or Military Garrison (Costs 20 Income) - - Protectorate (Costs 30 Income) - - Colony (Costs 40 Income)] -- Policy Change: May change 1 policy by 1 tick. Can only use this once every 10 Years. -- Mobilize / Demobilize: May MOBILIZE all Conscripts or DEMOBILIZE. Every 10,000 Conscripts cost -1 Income a Year. -- Industrialize: May build 1 Factory (30 Income), 1 Railroad (15 Income) or 1 Naval Base (20 Income). These cost 50% more for Uncivilized Nations in Faresia and 100% more in Serranthia. -- Research: May begin researching 1 technology. -- Establish Company: Costs 45 Income.
